Assessment Solutions for Police, Military, and other High-Risk Occupations

This course focuses on both pre-employment assessments and conditional-offer evaluations that can be used to screen out undesirable and dangerous candidates, make placement decisions, evaluate fitness for duty, and determine whether a counseling referral is in order.

We will explore in detail IPAT's PsychEval Personality Questionnaire, a time- and cost-saving assessment of both normal and pathology-oriented personality in one assessment.
