Advanced 16PF® Interpretation

This one-day course is for experienced 16PF practitioners looking to take their interpretation and feedback skills to the next level. Participants will receive hands-on practice using different interpretation strategies, explore factor and scale interactions, have the opportunity to analyze in-depth case studies, and work in teams to refine their feedback skills.

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for Industrial-Organizational Psychologists; Consultants; Human Resource Professionals; Career Counselors; and Coaches who have a working knowledge of the 16PF Primary and Global factors, the Response Style Indices, and who have completed at least twenty (20) 16PF interpretations. Ideally, participants will also have conducted feedback sessions with as many clients, though this is not a requirement.

Learning Objectives

Participants will further develop their 16PF knowledge and interpretation skills using a variety of methods such as practice with feedback, presentations, case studies, and group work, including collaboration and discussion of interpretation strategies and feedback techniques with other 16PF professionals.
