Continuing Education
Full-day workshops such as the Career Development course, earn 6 CE credit hours. The two-day 16PF Qualification course earns 12 CE credit hours.
IPAT is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. IPAT is also an approved sponsor of continuing education by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). In addition, the National Career Development Association (NCDA) recognizes and accepts these NBCC-approved CE credits. IPAT maintains responsibility for this program and all content.
Prerequisites
Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire: There are no prerequisites for this course.
Advanced 16PF Interpretation: Level 2 qualification and completion of at least twenty 16PF interpretations.
All other courses: To ensure maximum benefit, attendees should be qualified to use Level 2 psychological assessments. (Note: Successful completion of the Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire course provides Level 2 qualification.)

Times
Each workshop day will begin at 8:30 a.m. and conclude at 4:30 p.m., with a one-hour group lunch.

If the above dates do not fit your schedule, or if the course content is not exactly what you need, hosting an IPAT training event is the way to go. We'll come to your organization and, if desired, we'll tailor the course content to fit the needs of your group.
