IPAT's workshop-style courses cover the applied use of the 16PF Questionnaire, starting with qualification training, through individual career development, and on to executive coaching, leadership development, and advanced interpretation.

Despite your current level of experience with assessments, you'll gain knowledge that allows you to harness the full power of IPAT's assessment tools. Even experienced users will benefit from these workshops, particularly the Advanced 16PF® Interpretation course.

16PF Training for Multiple Applications

Our training curriculum is designed to guide you into greater depths of 16PF assessment interpretation so that you can provide your employees or clients with the personality and behavioral insights they need to thrive and contribute, both personally and professionally.

Each of the following courses is available for presentation at your organization -- we'll even tailor a workshop to address your requirements. 

In addition, two of the above courses will be conducted in our Chicago office in 2010:

     Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire (June 17-18 or September 16-17)

     Personality Assessment: A Key Component in Career Development (May 14)

Prerequisites

Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire: There are no prerequisites for this course.

Advanced 16PF Interpretation: Level 2 qualification and completion of at least twenty 16PF interpretations.

All other courses: To ensure maximum benefit, attendees should be qualified to use Level 2 psychological assessments. (Note: Successful completion of the Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire course provides Level 2 qualification.)

Additional Benefits

Continuing Education: Each full-day workshop is worth 6 CE credit hours. The two-day 16PF Qualification course provides 12 CE credit hours.

IPAT is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. IPAT is also an approved sponsor of continuing education by the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). In addition, the National Career Development Association (NCDA) recognizes and accepts these NBCC-approved CE credits. IPAT maintains responsibility for this program and all content.

Qualification to Use Psychological Assessments: Upon successful completion of the two-day Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire course (pre-work, coursework, and a course-specific take-home exam), attendees are qualified at the HR-2 level for test use. HR-2 assessments include the world-renowned 16PF Questionnaire, the Emotional Judgment Inventory, and more.
