Our workshops are designed to guide you into greater depths of 16PF assessment interpretation so that you can use personality and behavioral insights to make better selection decisions and to create meaningful developmental activities for individuals based upon their unique personal strengths and challenges.

Whatever your current level of experience with personality assessments, you'll gain knowledge that allows you to harness the full power of the 16PF Questionnaire. Even experienced users will benefit from our half-day workshops!

Our Workshops

Starting with the 16PF certification workshop, through diversity in personality, and on to executive assessment for selection, IPAT workshops focus on practical uses of the 16PF Questionnaire.

All courses are presented in Chicago (please refer to the online schedule for dates). These workshops are also available for presentation at your organization and, if desired, we can tailor an in-house workshop to address your specific needs.

Lasting Benefits
