IPAT training courses guide you through the most effective uses of IPAT assessment products. The workshop-style courses cover the applied use of assessments, from individual career development to executive coaching.

Despite your current level of experience with assessments, you'll gain knowledge that allows you to harness the full power of IPAT's assessment tools. Even experienced users will benefit from these workshops, particularly the Advanced 16PF® Interpretation course.

Our training curriculum is designed to guide you into greater depths of battery interpretation so that you can provide your employees or clients with the personality and behavioral insights they need to thrive and contribute, both personally and professionally.

Prerequisites

Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire: There are no prerequisites for this course.

Advanced 16PF Interpretation: Level 2 qualification and completion of at least twenty 16PF interpretations.

All other courses: To ensure maximum benefit, attendees should be qualified to use Level 2 psychological assessments. (Note: Successful completion of the Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire course earns Level 2 qualification.)

Additional Benefits

Continuing Education: Each full-day workshop is worth 6 CE units/credit hours. IPAT is an approved sponsor of continuing education by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). In addition, the National Career Development Association (NCDA) recognizes and accepts these NBCC-approved CEUs. IPAT maintains responsibility for the programs and all content.

Qualification: Upon successful completion of the Qualification Training for the 16PF Questionnaire course (pre-work, coursework, and a course-specific take-home certification exam), attendees are qualified at the HR-2 level for test use. HR-2 assessments include the world-renowned 16PF Questionnaire, the Emotional Judgment Inventory, and more.

Confidence: With a deeper understanding of the psychometric instruments you are using comes confidence - confidence that you are using them properly and getting the maximum value from each assessment for the application.

Customization & Convenience: In addition to our scheduled training courses, IPAT can configure educational workshops that are tailored to your specific needs and presented at your location. In addition to the convenience and customization, onsite training workshops are often the most cost effective approach to assessment training with groups of 5 or more.
