IPAT certification training courses guide you through the most effective uses of IPAT assessment products. The four-course series covers the employee career cycle from recruitment to retirement, including the specialized concerns related to high-trust occupations.

Our new curriculum guides attendees into greater depths of battery interpretation. Ultimately, our objective is to help you provide services that will enable employees or counselees to thrive and contribute to organizations using insights from their personality, behavior and ability.

Additional Benefits

Certification: Specialty certification is earned upon successful completion of each course. Completion of three courses earns you the Certified Talent Strategist designation.

Continuing Education: Each full-day workshop is worth 6 CE units/credit hours. IPAT is an approved sponsor of continuing education by the American Psychological Association (APA), the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), and the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). We maintain responsibility for the program and all content.

Qualification: Upon successful completion of any single course (pre-work, coursework, and a course-specific take-home certification exam), attendees are qualified at the HR-2 level for test use. HR-2 assessments include the world-renowned 16PF Questionnaire, the Hilson Background Investigation Inventory, and more.
