The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of Executive Assessment
March, 2010
Dr. Ralph Mortensen, Chief HR/OD Psychologist for IPAT, has been invited to conduct a 2-hour workshop on executive assessment for the Illinois Psychological Association.
Executive Assessment: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly will be presented on March 19 to IPA members who are seeking expertise in the process of executive selection and development in business. Participants will explore role analysis, planning and conducting an assessment (including use of the 16PF® Questionnaire), integrating results, and feedback methods.
Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will have an opportunity to take the 16PF Questionnaire and receive an interpretive report. Then, on May 14, Dr. Mortensen will meet with attendees to review the interpretive report and provide guidance on how to best use the personality insights provided in each section of the report in coaching and development.
The workshop and follow-up session are open to all members of the Illinois Psychological Association. Not an IPA member? You can join here. |
