Cleveland State University Honors Author of 16PF Leadership Coaching Report

On June 5, Cleveland State University will honor nine outstanding graduates for their service, leadership, and career achievements. Among those being honored at the Distinguished Alumn Awards celebration is Dr. David G. Watterson, Jr., author of IPAT’s 16PF® Leadership Coaching Report.
Dr. Watterson earned a master’s degree from the College of Science at Cleveland State University and a doctorate from the University of Illinois, both in counseling psychology. He has over 30 years of experience as a consultant in organizational and leadership development, executive coaching, and pre-placement assessment. For the past fourteen years, Dr. Watterson has headed his own consulting firm, Watterson & Associates, Inc. In addition to authoring the 16PF Leadership Coaching Report, Dr. Watterson conducted 16PF workshops and served on the Board of Directors for IPAT, Inc. for a number of years.
