Mortensen Fills Key Psychologist Post at IPAT

Susan Korin, IPAT President, recently announced the appointment of Dr. Ralph Mortensen, Ph.D., ABPP, as Chief Psychologist HR/OD. Dr. Mortensen will be headquartered at IPAT's Chicago office effective March 23, 2009.
Most recently Dr. Mortensen worked as a consultant with his own firm, True North Resources, LLC located in Farmington, MI. His practice focused on leadership, organizational and talent assessment, development through executive coaching and team coaching, and delivering training workshops.
Prior to beginning his own firm, he was a Senior Consultant at YSC, a London-based global consulting firm. Dr. Mortensen has held positions at Aon Talent Solutions Consulting and RHR International serving clients in the automotive, technology, food manufacturing, and quick-service industries.
He has also served as Adjunct Business/Psychology Faculty at Wayne State University, Oakland University, University of Detroit Mercy, and Rochester College, delivering graduate and undergraduate courses in human resource management and international workplace issues for MBA and executive MBA students. |
