IPAT Expands Customer Service Staff

October, 2008

We are pleased to announce that Jamie Young has joined IPAT's Customer Service team. In this key staff position, Jamie will work with Theresa Eckstein and Stacey Jefford to continue our emphasis on providing superior customer service.

Jamie most recently worked as an Access Clinician for the Mental Health Center of Champaign County where she assessed and developed treatment plans to meet client mental health needs. Prior to that, she served as Director of a crisis intervention team for the Institute for Human Resources of Livingston County. In this capacity, Jamie supervised a team that provided 24-hour crisis intervention for psychiatric emergencies throughout the county.

Before working in these clinical roles, Jamie taught several courses in psychology at Heartland Community College. She also worked as a Research Associate at Illinois State University.

Jamie is currently learning about IPAT products, scoring platforms, and information systems. To help grow her knowledge of IPAT's assessment products, Jamie recently attended two of our public training workshops in Chicago.

Jamie is working from IPAT's Champaign office and can be reached via phone at 800 225 4728. Her email address is jcy@IPAT.com.
