Continuing IPAT's research history requires ongoing, high caliber research partnerships. We are specifically interested in criterion-related validity research in which the 16PF Questionnaire, Emotional Judgment Inventory (EJI), PsychEval Personality Questionnaire (PEPQ), or Inwald Personality Inventory (IPI) are used to predict behavior at work. |
