Research Assistance Program
IPAT offers discounted testing materials, interpretive reports, reference books, and administration and scoring services to qualified researchers and professors who are conducting research that aligns with IPAT's research goals.
We are interested in criterion-related validity research in which the 16PF Questionnaire, Inwald Personality Inventory (IPI), PsychEval Personality Questionnaire (PEPQ), or Emotional Judgment Inventory (EJI) are used to predict organizationally relevant outcomes (e.g., job performance, effective leadership, turnover, training, etc.). Typically, studies will require a sample size of at least 100 employees in one occupation.
We offer this assistance in exchange for your agreement to share your research results and data with IPAT, and to allow IPAT to use the results for further analysis. If you are interested in requesting research assistance, simply submit a brief proposal, following our Research Proposal Guidelines, to RD@IPAT.com. Please note that all submissions are subject to our Research Assistance Program Terms and Conditions. IPAT's research staff will review your request, and follow up for additional information or notify you by email of the review outcome. |
