Inwald Survey 5 - Revised

The Inwald Survey 5 - Revised (IS5-R) identifies a job candidate's lack of integrity, anger patterns, job performance problems and domestic difficulties. The IS5-R contains all 162 items included in the original Inwald Survey 5 (IS5)*, with the addition of 30 items in a new scale, Domestic Difficulties (DD). Items on the DD scale aid in identifying individuals with a history of domestic violence and/or those who admit to current involvement in physical altercations/domestic violence incidents.

Both the IS5-R and IS5 are used for pre-offer screening in many states. However, in certain states, counties, and municipalities, these tests may need to be administered as a conditional offer assessment. Please check the legal requirements in your area for confirmation.
