Hilson Management Inventory
The Hilson Management Inventory aids in identifying a number of personality and behavioral characteristics associated with managerial success. It is used for selection and placement, as well as evaluations of leadership/management potential.
The HMI is a combination of the Hilson Management Survey (HMS) and the Hilson Personnel Profile/Success Quotient (HPP/SQ). In addition to the HPP/SQ scales, the Hilson Management Inventory includes the following scales:
