Hilson Career Satisfaction Index
The HCSI identifies stress symptoms, drug/alcohol abuse, and disciplinary history. It is used in the Public Safety sector, the HCSI is suitable for fitness for duty assessment of adults who are currently employed (either full or part-time) and who have been on the job for more than six months.
