16PF Management Potential Report
 This report assesses management potential and competency strengths by analyzing the personality dimensions associated with success in a broad range of managerial settings, and projecting how the examinee might be expected to function. The report provides insights into the examinee's personality, describes personal strengths, and identifies areas for potential growth and development.
Available via NetAssess, our web-based test administration, scoring, and interpretive report service, as well as OnSite (software), OnFax, and Mail-In. (When produced on a system other than NetAssess, the report is titled 16PF Human Resource Development Report.)
Applications for the Management Potential Report include selection and placement; development, and career and outplacement counseling.
