To use OnFax, you only need our reusable OnFax cover sheet, a password, your client's completed answer sheet, and a fax machine. Our completely automated system receives your fax, scores and generates your reports, then faxes them back to you in as little as 3 minutes.
To use this pre-paid service, purchase fax credits during IPAT business hours. Other than testing materials, the only other costs are a one-time sign-up fee and a minimal charge of $3.50 (may be higher for areas outside the USA). This fee covers our fax call back to you. |
