Kim observes that "The modest cost of the 16PF Management Potential Report (MPR) is far outweighed by the benefit of managing risks related to turnover, poor job fit, and poor organizational fit. While the entire report is helpful, the Decision Making section enables my clients to identify candidates for management positions who have an average to above average problem-solving ability. The 16PF Leadership Coaching Report (LCR) is part of her assessment battery to help coachees identify their personal strengths as well as their potential risks/challenges. The report then guides the individual into actionable behaviors that will leverage their strengths and minimize the impact of the personality characteristics that could be career derailers. Kim finds that, "The LCR report raises awareness, which is step one in the development process. And the LCR workbook is an excellent resource for the coaching activities."
Kim's group has been using the MPR and LCR for over a year, primarily for selection, promotion, coaching, job skill development, and career counseling.
