The report then guides the individual into actionable behaviors that will leverage their strengths and minimize the impact of the personality characteristics that could be career derailers. Kim finds that, "The LCR report raises awareness, which is step one in the development process. And the LCR workbook is an excellent resource for the coaching activities."
Kim's group has been using the MPR and LCR for over a year, primarily for selection, promotion, coaching, job skill development, and career counseling.
